March 2015. Manger Nielsen Architects, together with CONIX RDM Architects and BUUR was awarded second prize-winner of the ECAM site masterplan competition. This urban design + architecture competition aimed at developing innovative proposals for the former ECAM school campus in Saint-Gilles improving public and collective spaces and implementing a school, nursery and sport facilities in one of the most densely populated area in Brussels. This competition was launched in summer 2014 by the municipality of Saint-Gilles in the context of the Contrat de Quartier Durable Bosnie.
